By accessing joinhousedesign.com, submitting any form, or engaging Join House Design LLC (“Dream Space,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services. These terms apply alongside any signed project contract, which controls in the event of a conflict.
Dream Space provides residential renovation and remodeling services — including kitchen and bathroom remodels, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, siding, roofing and window work — through licensed crews across the states in which we maintain licensing. Website content describing typical pricing, timelines and outcomes is illustrative; binding scope, price and schedule exist only in a written, signed proposal or contract.
Budget figures on this website (“from $8,900,” “from $34,500,” etc.) are starting references only and do not constitute an offer. After a free walkthrough you receive a written fixed-price proposal valid for 60 days. The fixed price may change only through a signed change order initiated by you, priced in writing within 48 hours.
Submitting a form requests a consultation — it does not create a contract or reserve a crew. We reserve the right to decline any project, including where a property is outside our licensed service area or where we cannot meet our quality standard. You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request work at the address provided.
You may modify scope at any time. Each modification requires a written change order stating the price and schedule impact; work on the changed item proceeds only after your signature. Verbal requests are not binding on either party.
You agree to: provide safe, reasonable access to the work area during agreed hours; secure pets; remove or protect fragile valuables; make selections by the dates in your project calendar (delays in selections extend the schedule correspondingly); and disclose known property conditions (e.g., asbestos, structural issues) discovered prior to work.
Our workmanship is warranted for three (3) years from substantial completion, transferable to a subsequent homeowner. The warranty excludes normal wear, owner modifications, third-party alterations, and manufacturer defects (which are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty, which we help you invoke). statutory warranties apply where mandatorily required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Space’s total liability arising from any project is limited to the amounts paid by you for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of use or temporary relocation costs) except where such limitation is prohibited. Nothing limits liability for negligence causing personal injury or for willful misconduct.
All website content — text, photography, design concepts, 3D renders and branding — is owned by Join House Design LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Design deliverables created for your project are licensed to you for use at the project address.
You agree not to misuse this website: no scraping, no submitting false or automated form entries, no attempting to disrupt service availability. Newsletter subscriptions require the consent of the email owner; we remove addresses immediately upon unsubscribe request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Before any formal proceeding, both parties agree to a good-faith resolution meeting (by phone or in person) within 30 days of written notice. Any unresolved dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, except where consumer-protection law grants you a different forum. Construction lien rights and notice obligations, where applicable in your state, are honored per your contract.
Either party may terminate a project for material breach not cured within 15 days of written notice. Upon termination you pay for work properly completed and materials ordered to that date; we release design documents and warranties for completed phases.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Signed project contracts remain governed by the terms in force at signing.
