• To prepare quotes, schedule walkthroughs, perform contracted work and honor warranties.
• To send project updates, photo reports and scheduling communications you have requested.
• To send our monthly “Site Diary” newsletter — only to people who explicitly subscribed, with one-click unsubscribe in every issue and at unsubscribe.html.
• To process payments, arrange financing through partner lenders, and satisfy tax and legal obligations.
• To improve our website, services and customer experience through aggregated, de-identified analytics.

Enquiry and quote records are kept up to 24 months if no project results. Active project records, contracts and warranty documentation are retained for at least 7 years to support warranties, insurance and legal requirements. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
